Repairing or replacing a water service, or water line can be a daunting task for any homeowner.
If there is a leak, it has to be identified on municipal side or private side to determine who is responsible for the repairs. Some municipalities will determine that for you but if they can’t, we can. The diagram to the right shows the typical rules of responsibilities when it comes to this type of situation.

For the Homeowner: We can do spot repairs, or change the entire length from lot line to water meter, ideally one piece with no couplings to leak in the future. We have the ability to change the entire length without the need to excavate the entire property. We just need enough of an excavation to safely expose and isolate your water service, usually at property line, and break up the cement floor where the water line comes in to your home. In most cases, that’s all we require, and you have a brand new water line. No damage to your deck, flower/shrub arrangements, sidewalks, lockstone or asphalt.

For the municipality or community:
We do everything from hot tapping with saddles to the install or repair of water services, including main stops, curb stops and service boxes with stainless steel rods. We have the ability to replace existing lines without full excavations, saving you money crossing roads, sidewalks, sewers, and other utilities!
We use copper, municipex, polyethylene or PVC.
Live curb stop replacement, and leak repair. We don’t have to shut off water mains.
